Quest for the Star Coins: Preparations

After poking around World 9, I found out that I cannot access the levels until I get all of the Star Coins in each world. Specifically, I can't access 9-5 until I get all of the Star Coins in World , but I can be missing Star Coins in any other world. I took a log of all of the Star Coins and here's what I came up with to see where I need to go.
