Today's the day Nintendo finally releases the information it has yet to give us: the release date and price of the Wii U. It will be available in two different colors and packages: a basic package of a white console with 8 GB of memory at $299.99 (US dollars) and a deluxe package of a black console with 32 GB of memory, and more accessories.
A new feature announced in Nintendo TVii. It's a way to search for TV shows and movies using the Gamepad. It also works with On Demand services like Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon Instant Video and will connect to your DVR. Each member of the family can save favorites under their Mii.
The game lineup includes ZombiU, Tekken Tag Tournament 2 Wii U Edition, Call of Duty Black Ops II, FIFA Soccer 13, Disney Epic Mickey 2: The Power of Two, Nintendo Land, Rayman Legends, Skylanders Giants, SiNG Party, Sonic & All-Stars Racing Transformed, New Super Mario Bros. U, Just Dance 4, Toki Tori 2, Wii Fit U, Scribblenauts Unlimited, Runner2: Future Legend of Rhythm Alien, Game & Wario, Trine 2: Director's Cut, The Wonderful 101, Nano Assault Neo, Madden NFL 13, LEGO City: Undercover, NBA 2K13, Pikmin 3, Batman: Arkham City Armored Edition, Mass Effect 3, Ninja Gaiden 3: Razor's Edge, Darksiders II, Bayonetta 2, Tank! Tank! Tank!, Aliens: Colonial Marines, Warriors Orochi 3 Hyper, Marvel Avengers: Battle for Earth, Rabbids Land, ESPN Sports Connection, Your Shape: Fitness Evolved 2013 Game Party Champions, Transformers Prime, and Assassin's Creed III.
That's a long list of games. It looks like there's something for everybody on the Wii U. I can honestly say I never expected to see Bayonetta 2 on the list.
