I got the first Star Coin by jumping off a Bramball. You can get the second Star Coin by sending the Koopa shell into the brick wall and sliding under it. Be careful of the shell rebound. To get the third Star Coin, fall with the donut lifts, then wall-jump back up. You may want to take out the Bramball first.
