This Star is near Topman Tower. When I landed at the base of the Tower, I hit the switch to get rid of the fence. I slowed time down because I heard the Star, but missed it. I climbed higher on the Tower and saw the Star far out from the Tower, with one of the water blasters aimin right for it. It's the fourth one on the right when looking at them while on the base. I let the water bubble carry me to the Star. This is a Star of all Types.

Space Storm Galaxy - Green Star 2
Welcome Back to the Galaxy!
This Star is on Topman's Tower I saw the Star above one of the fences, so I backflipped and spun from the middle panel onto the fence, walked up the fence, and jumped to get it. This is a Type 1 Star.

Space Storm Galaxy - To the Top of Topman's Tower
Welcome Back to the Galaxy!
When we get our first glimpse of Topman's Tower, I notice it looks very similar to Buoy Base in Galaxy. When we fly to the galaxy, we hear the unforgettable Buoy Base music. Go figure. I like the music a lot. I get a 1-up from under Pull Star sphere. We dodge the faster moving Amps. There is a blue ! Switch. Pounding it turns everything black-and-white and time slows down. The music also distorts. We launch to the base of the tower. There are water blasters that try to knock us off the planet. The wood floor is split into three panels that move in alternating directions to keep us away from another switch. Flipping it opens fences so we can continue. We hop on a laser with a spring head so we can sling to the midgate. We get past the past moving Thwomps, moving at Fast-Foe speed. There is a green spring Topman, which we use to get to a ! Switch. I also noticed that when time slows, coins appear that disappear when time returns to normal speed. Higher up on the tower are the moving platforms found on Buoy Base, but they move much faster. What do we do? You guessed it- slow time down! We reached the top of the tower. When time returns to normal speed, a cage comes up from the ground and two red Topmen appear. We spin both of them into the surrounding electric fence. Then, a green spring Topman appears, which springs us to the Star.
