New Super Mario Bros. U: Sparkling Waters-3 -- Above the Cheep Cheep Seas

At the start of the level is a large waterspout that will take you to the main level. Before you take it, on the right wall is an invisible block with a Starman. If you get it, several item blocks will also contain Starmen. There's a Yoshi in an item block. The level is filled with flying Cheep-Cheep Ahead is a balance that leads to donut lifts, where the first Star Coin is. The P-Switch makes Silver Coins appear. Afterwards, you'll see the midpoint. Under the second and third waterspouts is the second Star Coin. Drop down before they appear to get it, then let them carry you to safety. There's a Green Ring if you need a power-up. Past another set of balances is a pipe under a ledge. Use Yoshi to reach it and use the POW Block to make the third Star Coin appear. There's also a Red Coin Ring. Run across the large waterspouts to reach the flag. This opens the path to Sparkling Waters-5.
