Super Mario 3D World: Mushroom-1 -- Night Falls on Really Rolling Hills

After you clear Star-9, you get access to a rocket that takes you to World Mushroom. This world contains levels that are modified versions of levels from previous worlds. There are no stamps in World Mushroom.

In this level, you have 30 seconds to start and it's nighttime. This will not greatly affect your visibility. Avoid the Spinies and mice and run quickly and keep grabbing clocks. Some of them are not immediately visible, but you should be fine without them. To the right is the set of rolling hills. The hill on the right that is closest to the screen has a 1-up under it. A crate nearby has a Starman. There's a Green Ring towards the back for the first Green Star. Up the hill and to the right is a pipe. This will take you underground. Take the top path and you'll find an invisible cloud that allows you to reach the second Green Star. Drop down to the bottom path and take the pipe to the left. Clear the tiles for the third Green Star. Go to the right to the pipe. Drop down if you need a little more time. Take the pipe to the flagpole.

There are no stamps in World Mushroom.

Super Mario 3D World: Star-8 -- Peepa's Fog Bog

The first part of this level is a graveyard covered in snow. There are Key Coins to collect. Some of them are not as obvious to reach. One on the left is above invisible clouds. One in the center requires hitting a POW Block. Go through the front right door to reach the Key Coin on the balcony. Dodge the many Peepas (ghosts) and Snow Pokeys. Towards the back are two headstones with glowing spots you should ground pound. The one on the right has a Starman. Get it and run to the back left corner to defeat the Peepas surrounding Captain Toad for the first Green Star. The headstone on the left has a Fire Flower. Once you collect the Key Coins, take the warp box to another area.

The warp box takes you to a raft on purple water. Grab the clock and the raft will drop you off at the midpoint. There are many Boos in the fog. Narrow wooden planks rise in and out of the fog. Memorize the path so you know which way is safe. On solid ground, you'll see two Mystery Boxes. The left one is fake. The right one leads you to a room where the second Green Star will disappear if you approach it. Quickly throw a snowball at it to get it from the stone tiles. The third Green Star is nearby, out over the fog. Grab a snowball from a Snow Pokey and throw it at the Green Star. Farther along, you'll find a boost pad. Make sure the path ahead is about to appear before you hit it and start running. Take the path to the right for the stamp. The warp box ahead takes you to the flagpole, where there are Peepas and invisible clouds.

The stamp is of Cat Rosalina.

Super Mario 3D World: Bowser-4 -- Footlight Lane

The calm music of Puffprod Peaks is back. There's a large gap between platforms, with Thwomps floating over the gaps. When they land, the path is revealed. It will also appear if you approach the edge of a platform, if it is nearby. More of the path becomes visible with impact, so pound the ground to see where you are going. Some paths have gaps in them, so do not rush ahead until you know where the path leads. Also in area are Para Dry Bones. Get a Boomerang Flower from one of the item blocks. On the third platform is an invisible triple item block with a Starman. Use it to get rid of the Para Dry Bones. The first Green Star is floating near the Para Dry Bones. It's floating over a part of the path, so you can jump to it or use a boomerang. The path to the left leads to the midpoint.

Up ahead are spike bars spinning in circles. The path goes around the circles' outer edges, but the first two circles have hollow centers. The third circle has a filled center and a Green Ring. Grab the Green Coins by following the outer spike bars for the second Green Star. Past the second Green Star, you'll find Bullet Bills. If they explode near the path, more of it will be revealed. Some of the Bullet Bills are Cat Bullet Bills, which follow you. After the first set of Bullet Bills is a platform with a glowing spot. Pound it, and you'll see part of the path appear to your right. Follow it to the stamp. Farther ahead and to the left is a Mystery Box. There is a Thwomp over an invisible path. Stand on it and it will take you to the level of the third Green Star. Carefully follow the path ahead to the warp pipe. There is a path forming stairs to the flag.

The stamp is of a Bullet Bill.

There is a nearby Sprixie House. The stamp here is of the red Sprixie Princess.

Super Mario 3D World: Bowser-1 -- Spiky Spike Bridge

When Bowser took all of the Sprixie Princesses at once, he created a clear pipe to his own world, World Bowser. It's a large amusement park.

In this level, it's rainy and dark. Most of the path is covered in spikes. Sometimes, the spikes appear in a sequence instead of all at once. There are parts of the level not covered in spikes. One area has a Para Dry Bones and a Super Bell. Cross the spikes ahead to a warp box. Up ahead are long stretches of spikes. In one corner is a Fire Bro. Go left of the Fire Bro and climb up the wall for the first Green Star. Past the Fire Bro are moving bridges with spikes. Use the POW Blocks to get rid of the Para Dry Bones for a short time. The warp box ahead leads to the midpoint.

Past the midpoint is a warp box that leads to an area with more spikes. Go to the left for the stamp. Return, jumping over the spikes. In the middle is another Fire Bro. Climb up the tower for a Mystery Box. In the Mystery Box, climb the wall and drop down to the P-Switch. This makes the second Green Star appear. Climb back up the wall and jump over the right wall to get the Green Star. At the end of the long stretch of spikes is a warp box. This will take you to an area with many Para Dry Bones. Grab the Starman in the item box to get rid of them. To the left is the third Green Star on some donut lifts. Wait until the floating platform with spikes is approaching and close to get the Green Star, then jump onto the platform. Dodge the sequential spikes, then transfer to another platform with spikes. This one will take you to a warp box to the flagpole. There are spikes on the stairs.

The stamp is of a Para Dry Bones.

Super Mario 3D World: 6-2 -- Spooky Seasick Wreck

This Ghost House is a series of boats and piers. Take the warp box to the first boat. All of the boats rock, which may make you dizzy. There are Bullies on the boats. They will try to push you into holes in the boat or off the boat entirely. You can do the same to them and push them with fireballs. Between the boats are tilting platforms with spike bars. Kill the bullies on the second boat to make the first Green Star appear. The warp box at the end of the path will take you inside a boat. There's water in the boat. Ahead, ghosts are circling the stamp. Boos will appear. There's a couple of item blocks ahead. Hit the second item block for a Starman. Near the second ring of ghosts, drop down into the water for the second Green Star. The warp box at the end will take you to the midpoint.

The platform will drop to some tilting platforms. Proceed carefully. The third Green Star is near some Boos. At the end is a boat with Bullies. Grab the item from the invisible block near the center. Kill the Bullies to make the warp box to the flagpole appear. There are tilting platforms and spike bars leading up to the flag.

The stamp is of a Fire Flower.

Super Mario 3D World: 6-1 -- Clear Pipe Cruise

This level can be difficult as it requires quick reflexes to navigate through the pipes. There are lots of clear pipes, which is how you'll get around. There are Fire Piranha Plants that will breathe fireballs, sometimes into the clear pipes. Be careful. Kill one of the Fire Piranha Plants for a Fire Flower. This allows you to clear out the spike balls in the clear pipes. You can't go through parts of a clear pipe with spike balls. Up ahead is a looping pipe. To the left is a Starman. Use it to destroy the spike balls in the center so you can get the first Green Star. Leave the pipe to the right to reach the warp box. There are more spike balls in the pipes, but they can be cleared out with the POW Block. Up ahead are Fuzzies. You can't defeat them with fireballs, so avoid them. The second Green Star is in the top loop in a section of clear pipe. Once you get of the clear pipes, you'll reach the midpoint.

Ahead is a long clear pipe. Instead of going through it, jump on it and walk on top. You'll find the stamp up here. The pipe leads you to an area with more Fuzzies, spike balls, and POW Blocks. Use the POW Blocks to clear out the spike balls so you can go up to a moving cloud that takes you to the warp box. You'll end up near a Fire Piranha Plant and a clear pipe. Use fireballs (yours or the Fire Piranha Plant's) to clear the pipe. It takes you to a cloud cannon. Pick up a potted Piranha Plant and run. The potted Piranha Plant will eat the Piranha Plants in front of you and grab the third Green Star at the end. You'll drop back down, leaving the potted Piranha Plant behind.

Go down the slope with the Piranha Plants. Ahead is a clear pipe with two loops with a Key Coin out in front. There is a group of Fuzzies in each loop. With good timing, go through the pipe, then to the upper loop and to the right. Go through the right branch and get the two Key Coins. Go into the loop, going up when the coast is clear, then get the last two Key Coins in the left branch. Go down into the loop and to the warp box at the top. The warp box takes you to the flagpole. There's a clear pipe with a group of Fuzzies in it. Take the third exit from the bottom to reach the top of the flagpole.

Super Mario 3D World: 5-4 -- Sprawling Savanna

There's a lot of exploration to do in this level. Launch from the clear pipe cannon to an area with ants. One of them has a Super Bell. If you climb up the wall, you'll find coins. To the right are pipes with an infinite amount of ants. There's a back wall behind a pipe. Before you go through the pipe, hit the invisible block on the wall so you can reach the alcove in the wall. The first Green Star is here. The clear pipe is a cannon that will launch you to another cannon. In the gap are a couple of moving Fuzzies, so time your launch. There are more Fuzzies between the second clear pipe cannon and the third. At the top is a rotating platform with pipes and more infinite ants. Use the platform to cross to the other side. There's a coin block and a clear pipe cannon that launches you to the midpoint.

The midpoint is a sprawling area with many things to check out. Most of the things are coins and clocks. The glowing hills contain coins, as well as the giant bunny. Go ahead where the shrubs are and you'll see some bunnies. One will have the green glow of the Green Star. Chase it down for the second Green Star. To the right is an endless stream of ants walking into a hole. Follow them into the hole to find a giant ant walking on the ceiling with the stamp. Go to the back wall and up the pipe cannon. You'll find a ring of Fuzzies with a Starman. Grab the Starman and hit all of the Fuzzies ahead of you for 1-ups. At the top are two rotating platforms with ants and a green ring for the third Green Star. The flagpole is next to the second rotating platform.

The stamp is of Cat Peach.

Super Mario 3D World: 4-1 -- Ant Trooper Hill

World 4 is more of a mountainous, rocky area. Here, ants march all over the place. Some of them have spike caps. Get the Super Bell and you can defeat the ants by clawing them. Otherwise, you can bounce on top of them. Go to the back of the area and behind the wall to find more ants. The ants walk all over the platforms. Above the platform with several ants is the stamp. Approach the platform from the right and bounce on the ants to reach the stamp. Just outside the cave is a wall. Climb up it for the first Green Star. Go back to the cave and you'll find an invisible block with a Starman, making it easier to cross the narrow platform crawling with ants wearing spike caps.

On the other side are giant ants. You can't kill them, so stand on top of them and bounce. They will allow you to safely cross the spikes. Bounce off the giant ants to reach a pipe. It takes you to the second Green Star on the wall with many ants. Either climb up the wall or bounce off the ants to get it. Return to the main level and bounce on a giant ant. It will take you to the third Green Star. Bounce to get it. The giant ant will take you to the pipe, or you can drop down for some coins. The pipe will take you to the pipe to the flag.

The stamp is of an ant.

Super Mario 3D World: 3-7 -- Switchboard Falls

The arrow platforms on rails make a reappearance. Stand on one side of the platform to make it go that way. Once you stand on the platform, it will move until it runs out of track. Either the end of the track will stop it or it will fall off. There are Fizzlits here, purple enemies that flatten out into electrifying puddles. Go down the rails, then go left up a hill. There's an invisible 1-up in the center. Drop down and you'll find an invisible Starman on the wall. Go to the right and you'll see a giant red ! Block over the rails. Hit it to change the track, then go in the opposite direction. There are fuzzy caterpillars on the track, so jump over them, or beat them with the Starman. Hit the other ! Block to change the track again, which makes the switchboard go down hill. Jump at the alcove and go into the pipe.

You'll land on a donut lift, which will fall. Follow the trail of coins to the first Green Star over the water. Return to the main area and drop down to the midpoint. Here, the Fizzlits will start moving around, so be careful. There are Red Coins to collect if you like. Take a switchboard to the waterfall ahead and jump behind the waterfall where the bees are. Run to the right, then drop down through the coin rings. You'll land on another switchboard. It will start moving from under a ledge, so when you can, make the switchboard go in the opposite direction and duck. This will take you to the second Green Star. Go forward and you'll find fuzzy caterpillars and ! Blocks on the track. Be sure to hit the ! Blocks. The switchboard will drop and there will be more caterpillars. Go up to find the third Green Star. Go back, then transfer to the switchboard below to reach the stamp. Keep going and you'll reach the swtichboards in front of the flag.

The stamp is of a bee.

Super Mario 3D World: 3-4 -- Pretty Plaza Panic

You have 100 seconds to complete the level and you need Peach to get one of the items. Go back from the start, towards the screen. Hop over the fence to find the first Green Star on a cloud. Go forward and you'll find Microgoombas. There are spinning platforms with Piranha Plants, so be careful when jumping. You'll come across a fountain with coins. Nearby is a bunny with the second Green Star. He'll run around the fountain, so try running on the edge of the fountain, but not in the fountain. This make take a while.

Ahead are more spinning platforms with Piranha Plants. Go to the left to find a switch with Peach's symbol on it. Have Peach stand on it to make the stamp appear. Go forward and you'll see a cloud cannon on top of a short pillar. This will take you to the clouds. Get a Starman from the item block and run to the third Star Coin. You'll land near the flagpole.

The stamp is of small Peach.

Super Mario 3D World: 2-2 -- Puffprod Peaks

The music is very calm in Puffprod Peaks. Touch the glowing platforms using the Game Pad's touch screen to make them move. This can make controlling a character with the Game Pad a little difficult. There are lots of Piranha Plants in the area. Climb up the first glowing platform and you'll find an invisible Moneybags to the left. Raise the two platforms under the item blocks, then drop down the one on the right. This will take you to the stamp. Return and touch the platforms in the wall to form stairs. Touch the tallest platform when you're on the left side of the stairs so you can wall jump you for the first Green Star. Drop down and climb the stairs to reach the midpoint. There's a warp block ahead. Stand on the fan and blow into the microphone to raise the platform to the warp block.

There are more fan platforms ahead, as well as Microgoombas. Take all of the fan platforms to reach a cloud cannon. This will take you to an area where you'll race with a Starman for clocks and the second Green Star. Keep going past the Piranha Plants. Under the second to last area with fan platforms and touch platforms is the third Green Star. Kill the Piranha Plants, then blow into the microphone to make a fan platform appear. Stand on it and it will take you to the Green Star. Blow into the microphone, then touch the middle touch platform, then go to the flagpole.

The stamp is of a Goomba.

Super Mario 3D World: 1-4 -- Plessie's Plunging Falls

At the start of the level, you'll meet Plessie, a sea monster. You must steer Plessie to the goal and press forward or backward to speed up or slow down. Press (A) or (B) to jump. Once out of the gate, you'll find many fish in the water. Jump and land on them to bounce. The first Green Star is over some fish in front of a ramp. Bounce off the fish to get it. It can be a little difficult to line up Plessie to get Green Stars and other objects. The path splits ahead and you can go through a tunnel, over the bridge for Red Coins, or under the bridge for coin rings. Further along, you can either bounce up the steps for a 1-up or bounce off the fish for coin rings.

Ahead you'll see a waterfall. The path splits here. If you do not go through the waterfall, you'll go through a narrow path with fish and the stamp. If you do go through the waterfall, you'll find the second Green Star and a Starman. The paths rejoin on a downward slope with fish and boost pads. Try to hit each boost pad, especially the one at the end. Line yourself up with the center and jump off the ramp. If you aim correctly, you'll get the third Green Star and many coin rings. At the bottom, Plessie lets you off on the beach near a pipe. The pipe takes you to the flagpole, which has a boost pad nearby.

The stamp is of Plessie.

Super Mario 3D World: 1-3 -- Mount Beanpole

There's a mountain climb ahead of you, but first, climb up the tree to the left. You'll find a lookout Sprixie and the first Green Star. Drop back down and start climbing the mountain. You can get the Super Bell here. There are many POW Blocks on the lower portion of the mountain. Hit them with good timing (some of them move) to set off chain reactions that allow you to beat more enemies and access new areas. One of the POW Blocks is set into the wall. Hit the POW Block near it to reveal a pipe hidden behind it. The pipe leads to a P-Switch that makes three sets of Silver Coins. Collect them all for the second Green Star.

Return to the mountain and you'll find the stamp in a nearby area where you can wall jump. From this point forward, many of the platforms are clouds. Some clouds are invisible, so either touch the touch screen or blow into the microphone to make them slightly more visible. There's an invisible cloud near a tree on the left. Climb up the tree to reach a cat gear. Spin the gear with your claws, then climb up the tower to reach a cloud cannon. This will blast you to a special stage.

Grab the Starman from the item block and start running. Run in a straight line to collect the coins, beat the enemies for a 1-up, and stay on the boost pads. At the end is the third Green Star. Drop back down to the mountain and you'll see a giant Piranha Plant at the end. Hit it twice to defeat it and reveal a warp block. This will warp you near the flagpole.

The stamp is of Cat Goomba.

There is an invisible block at the start with a Starman. The first Star Coin is in a ring of Cheep-Cheep. Let Big Bertha kill the Cheep-Cheep if you can't so you can reach the Star Coin. The second Star Coin will move along the currents created by the pipes. It will stop at the top of the screen. Ahead are rotating pipes, Red Coins, and Bloopers, some of which are in pipes. More blue Cheep-Cheeps will appear near the end. You'll have to chase the third Star Coin as it rides on the currents. It will lead you to the red pipe that takes you to the flagpole.

This level is filled with Nippers. To go over them, bounce off of the Wigglers walking around. Past the first patch of solid land is a Chomp. To the left of it is the first Star Coin behind brick blocks. Pound the Chomp's stake when it's facing to the left so it will break the bricks for you. In that area are more brick blocks, along with 8-bit Luigi. One of them has a Starman. Get it so you can run over the Nippers. You'll need it to get the first Star Coin, which is under a nearby mushroom, and the third one, which is farther ahead. Ignore the Red Coins so you can get both Star Coin. Keep going and you'll reach the flagpole.

This water level has a lot of pipes. There is an invisible block over the red pipe with a Starman. Get it and go through the red pipe. There are lots of Cheep-Cheep as well as Big Bertha, the man-eating fish. Swim to the left, between the pipes, for the first Star Coin. The big item block below has another Starman. There's a Red Coin Ring between some pipes. Follow the coins, then swim up, over where the last Red Coin is and the second Star Coin will drop down from the gap in the pipes. Swim up through the gap to reach a new area with the third Star Coin. Keep going to the right, over the pipes and you'll see some rotating pipes. This will take you to the flagpole. This will open the path to Soda Jungle-1.

New Super Luigi U: Acorn Plains-2 -- Crooked Cavern

It's time to go underground. Drop down to the level of the Piranha Plants and walk to the left past them. You'll find a hidden area with the first Star Coin. Go through the middle pipe where there's moving crystal. Wall jump between the two left pipes to find a hidden block with a Starman. Go to the right and wait so you can safely jump to the next crystal. You'll see a couple of Koopas. Stomp one and pick up it's shell and throw it into the brick blocks to get the second Star Coin. Walk right, then drop down to a lower crystal when the coins between the crystals are visible. This way, you'll land on the brick blocks below. Jump onto the higher brick blocks, then go right, where you'll find some Koopas and Piranha Plants. To the right is a pipe with an arrow. This will take you to the flagpole. There's a hidden 8-bit Luigi in the brick block stairs. This will open the path to Acorn Plains- Fort.

Get an Acorn Mushroom to get the third Star Coin. You'll have to pick it up elsewhere; you can't find them in this level. Jump from the platform below the pipe to the flagpole and glide to the right. The third Star Coin is here. A little to the left of the third Star Coin are some hidden brick blocks in the ground. Pound them to drop down, then walk to the right, where there's a yellow pipe to the red goal. This opens the path to Acorn Plains- Cheep Cheep.

New Super Mario Bros. U: Superstar Road-1 -- Spine-Tingling Spine Coaster

Welcome to Superstar Road, a bonus world with challenges for super players. There are no midpoints in the levels and no Super Guide to help you out. You may want to collect the Star Coins on separate attempts if you experience difficulty getting through the levels.

This level features a spine coaster, which takes place outside, in a place that looks like Acorn Plains. There are lots of Fuzzies in the level, some of which will be on the spine coaster's path. You can get the Fire Flower here to help deal with the Fuzzies.  Past the first drop is the first Star Coin between two rings of Fuzzies. There's a Starman at the top of the next hill. As you're going along, you'll see the second Star Coin below the coaster track. It will move into position within reach with some other coins, prompting you to jump to avoid some Fuzzies on the track. The third Star Coin is in the area where several track appear close together. It travels on the track, so stay towards the back of the coaster to get it. Next are several sets of Fuzzies that will close in on the coaster from above and below. Dodge them and the coaster will drop you off at the flagpole. This (as will all other levels here) will open the path to the Mushroom House. Some levels with will allow you to reach the same Mushroom House.

New Super Mario Bros. U: Peach's Castle-4 -- Firefall Cliffs

More meteors rain down in this automatic sidescrolling level. Mario must climb up the rock walls as quickly as possible to avoid the meteors. We get the Acorn Mushroom in this level. The first Star Coin is out of reach, so use the POW Block to make it drop out of the sky. There's a Starman just before the midpoint, and you can get a short chain going, as an item block has one ahead. Next, you'll have to climb up the rock walls. You'll find the second Star Coin here, within reach. The path will briefly split so you can reach a Green Ring below. The coins will appear on the path above, which is where you should go. Avoid the lava. You'll jump and climb up some more rocks while dodging meteors, and the path will split ahead, heading towards the top. The third Star Coin is on the path on the right, which is more difficult as the path is only wide enough for a meteor. Use the alcoves and climb quickly to avoid taking damage. The third Star Coin will be at the top, with the pipe to the flagpole. This opens the path to the castle.

New Super Mario Bros U: Meringue Clouds-4 -- Bouncy Cloud Boomerangs

Past the Parakoopas on the stairs are bouncy clouds, which move back and forth. You can get the Ice Flower here, which is helpful for dealing with enemies. Past the Piranha Plant are some clouds with Goombas bouncing on them. You'll soon see a set of four green pipes. The gap between two of them has the first Star Coin, shrouded by fog. Be careful, as there is a Boomerang Bro just ahead. It's standing on some blocks, one of which has a 1-up in it. Next is a line of item blocks and brick blocks. Parakoopas are bouncing around in the area and there are Piranha Plants and bouncy clouds below. Find a brick block you can break through to reach the clouds below. Around where the two clouds meet is a brick block with a vine. This leads to the second Star Coin. Use the POW Block to knock it out of the sky and it will bounce on the clouds below, where you can get it. Return to the main level using the green pipe. After that is a pipe making infinite Goombas, as well as a Red Coin Ring over bouncy clouds. Past the midpoint is another Boomerang Bro, with the third Star Coin nearby. There's a cannon hidden to the left of a low Piranha Plant next to a cliff. Next is a set of bouncy clouds with a couple of Goombas and some blocks. The brick block over the higher cloud has a Starman, so you can breeze past the Piranha Plants with ease. There's another Starman in the next item block if you still have the power. Just past the Piranha Plants is the flagpole. This opens the path to Meringue Clouds-6.
