Paper Mario: Sticker Star -- 6-1 Gate Cliff

From the boat, we arrive at the cliff. Kersti says the cliff is a dead end. We go outside and Kersti feels immense power emanating from the Royal Stickers. We close the album and the Royal Stickers are flashing more than normal. We can select them now and they fly to the cliff. Kersti quotes the book from the Enigmansion: "When the Royal Stickers are found and the five lights illuminate the wall... Only then shall the truth be revealed." We go back inside and steer the boat away. We go to the World Map. Kersti says there's a place we haven't solved yet. I've unlocked all of the areas available. Go back and go outside the boat and paperize. Peel off the pentagon made by the Royal Stickers. It flips over to reveal a Bowser head. Bowser's Castle rises into the sky. Kersti says the last Royal Sticker is there. Kersti can't fly us up there, unfortunately. Mario should have friends who can fly.

We go to Wiggler's house and find he's not home. Someone says, "Mario! Kersti! Flutter thanks you for all you have done!" Mario looks up to see that Wiggler has grown wings. After the poison cleared, Wiggler ate plenty of leaves and grew into the butterfly Flutter. He's willing to repay the favor of cleaning up the forest by taking us to the skies above Gate Cliff.

New Super Mario Bros. 2: 6-1

This level takes place outside an erupting volcano. Volcanic rock will rain down and destroy blocks in its path. Hit the POW blocks for coins and items. The first Star Coin is high on a ledge. Go to the right, then up and left to reach it. There are Red Coins over stones that can be destroyed by the volcanic rock. Past them is the midpoint. Hop on some large rocks on the level. Hit the ? Switch to make a stone path ahead. The rock you're standing on will start sinking. The second Star Coin is encased in the stones, so let some volcanic rock destroy some of the stones. There is a gap in the stones right before the stairs. Before you reach the flagpole, drop immediately to the right of the stairs and jump to hit an invisible block with a vine. It leads to the third Star Coin and will drop you directly on top of the flagpole. Free 1-up!

Coin Total: 45,321
I found the third Star Coin after defeating the final boss.

New Super Mario Bros.: 6-1

World 6 is a rock world. In this level, we have to dodge Bullet Bills while platforming on some new terrain: thin ledges on cliffs. Mario has to slowly sidle along these ledges, or he can hang below them. Mario can't jump as high while standing on thin ledges, so be careful. After the first set of thin ledges, wall-jump up for the 1st Star Coin. Go down and wall-jump up a different set of walls for an item block. The 2nd Star Coin is accessible by wall-jumping up a little farther along. The 3rd Star Coin is below a thin ledge. Hang from the ledge to get it. From there, it's a straight shot to the flag. See how many Bullet Bills you can get on screen when you reach the flag for more points and possible 1-ups.

Super Mario 3D Land: 6-1

It's another beach level with beach music! It's reminiscent of Super Mario Bros. levels that involve running over a bridge while dodging Cheep-Cheep. At one point, a spiked Porcu-Puffer jumps through the bridge, removing a section. We briefly get a Boomerang Flower from a mystery item block, but lose it to a Cheep-Cheep. We take out some Tanooki Goombas and reach land with a tightrope. There are Porcu-Puffers jumping from the waterfall over the tightrope to dodge. At the end of the tightrope is the midpoint and another tightrope. Before we proceed we see an area below to the right. Unfortunately, I fell off here.
Take 2- The binoculars show us where the goal is. We go to the area below and kick the rock into the pipe for a 1-up, but it fell off before we could reach it. We go through the green pipe to an underwater area with rings. At the end, high above the pipe is the second Star Coin. We go through the pipe and fall again.
Take 3- We get the 1-up from the rock and pipe trick. We get Red Coins for a Tanooki Suit. We cross another tightrope, hopping onto a flying item block to reach a higher tightrope to the third Star Coin. I tried to cross the bridge, but Porcu-Puffers take out several sections of it, so I fell. I must cross more quickly.
Take 4- We get the last two Star Coins and a Tanooki Suit. We cross the bridge quickly and safely. Next is a grassy bridge the flagpole, dodging Porcu-Puffers. We get a 1-up at the flagpole.
Take 5- I fell.
Take 6- The first Star Coin is hiding sneakily to the left of the start, over the rocks. I fell.
Take 7- We get the first Star Coin and reach the midpoint. We get a 1-up at the flagpole.

New Super Mario Bros. Wii 6-1 QSC

The 1st Star Coin is over a Stone Spike. I got it with a Propeller Suit. The 3rd Star Coin is just in front of the goal. I bounced off a Bullet Bill and wall-jumped up the rock onto the ledge to get it.

New Super Mario Bros. Wii: 6-1 -- Precarious Platforms

I got a Super Shroom and dodge a Spike with a spike ball that it drops straight down. There are thin platform ledges, like in the prequel, where Mario must side-shuffle, because walking normally causes him to fall and hang on the ledge. Mario can move while hanging from the ledge as well. Timing is crucial here, because Mario moves much more slowly and cannot jump as high or as far. I lose my Super Shroom to a Bullet Bill and get another. This level has stone ladders to climb. I lose the Super Shroom to a Koopa. A precarious ledge goes under a rock wall, so Mario has to cross by hanging on and side-shuffling with his hands. I power up at the midgate and get an Ice Flower and the 2nd Star Coin. I lose the Ice Flower to a Bullet Bill. I get a 100-coin 1-up and another 1-up at the goal because there were enough Bullet Bills when I reached the flag pole. This world is getting off to good start.
