This place has Spear Guys, who, depending on how they point their spears, will prevent you from using hammers (spear pointed at you) or jumping (spear pointed up). There's a large flower in a gap you have to cross. Drop down and hit the flower with your hammer or it will hurt Mario. There are Hammer Bros and Boomerang Bros here.
The next area has tall grass, so you won't be able to see all of the enemies. Go between the trees that have an item block between them, then go right for the Toy Bat. There is a heart in a small ruin nearby. The Spear Guys will throw spears at you outside of battle and they're pretty accurate. The next area has the comet piece surrounded by Spear Guys. There is a Heart Block and Save Block to the left. We can't reach the comet piece as something is missing from the floor. Each of the Spear Guys has a scrap, so we have to chase them down. When we approach them, they scatter. One hides in the tall grass in the area. It takes a while to chase him down, but if you can trap him out of the grass near the Save and Heart Blocks, you can easily hit him without him running away. Defeating him gives the Bridge Part scrap.
We go to the area to the left next. There are mounds of paper "plants" all over. Towards the front is a piece of paper that says "X3DR-B8HH-9ZR2-FL16". Another piece of paper advertises the Sticker Fest. Another is a business card for a Toad working for the Warp Pipe Development Unit. This place is full of thrown away paper. Yet another scrap is part of the song Birdo was singing, with some modified lyrics, reading "Heart of a woman... Heart of a man... Both shaken by love's grace... So tie a pink ribbon, dance all about... Just try not to get egg on your face." Not too far away, we find the other part of the song, with an extra line. Another is a piece of a transmission from Shell Shock 2 to Shell Shock 1 about Shell Shock 3. There is an advertisement from the Enigmansion steward for a servant. Goombella's Observations on the Chomp Ruins are also here, as well as the Sticker Festival dance choreography. Periodically, you may find a Shy Guy, but it's not the one you want. We can place a Thing Sticker here. The Vacuum clears up the mess and reveals footprints to the next area. The Spear Guy with the scrap is in the back corner. We go to the area to the left. There's nothing but tree stumps. We can place stickers here we don't want, which makes item blocks appear.
The area to the right of the comet piece has more Spear Guys and Hammer Bros. The Spear Guy with the scrap hands it off to a Spear Guy on the other side of a gap with a carnivorous flower. Drop down to the level of the flower and walk left until you see a tall shrub. Hit it a few times to destroy it and reveal some Bowser tape. Peeling it reveals some steps. Behind the other side of the gap is a cave with an HP-Up Heart. We hit the flower and cross the gap to the next area. This area has the Spear Guy with the scrap and thick grass. There's another carnivorous flower. There's a door drawn on the other side of the gap. The Secret Door leads to the Tailor Shears . Chase the Spear Guy out of the grass to the left and up the ramp. He'll fall in to the flower and the scrap will end up on the other side of the gap. We need to find a shortcut so we can cross the gap before the flower recovers. If we go up to the gap, jump behind the grass, and walk to the left, we'll find the Powder Puff. The shortcut we need here is an invisble block behind the blue flower on the left step. Hit the block with your hammer. Now we can easily cross the gap and get the last scrap.
Back in the area with the comet piece, we replace the bridge and get the comet piece. This opens the path to 5-2.

Paper Mario: Sticker Star -- Surfshine Harbor
There's no where else to go but north. We still can't leave from Surfshine Harbor because the boat is missing its helm. There's only one place where it could be: somewhere in the dark of the middle warehouse. Fortunately, we have a sticker that can take care of that problem: the Lightbulb. It illuminates the room, revealing a sleeping Toad and the Ship's Wheel. Apparently, the Toad came down to look for something and the light went out. Go to the docks and enter the boat's cabin to replace the wheel. We're all set to go! Tell the Blue Toad when you want to shove off.
We try, but we're not going anywhere. He probably didn't cast off the ropes tying the boat to the dock. That's what the Scissors sticker is for. Get off the boat and go back around the crates to the bow of the boat and place the sticker. Now we can go places.
The boat shoves off and soon, a fin appears from the water. A giant Cheep-Cheep leaps over the boat. The captain is cocerned that it's too dangerous to sail these waters. We're still at the dock, so we approach the Cheep-Cheep. The Toad at the end of the dock mentions it might be a good idea to have a hook for this guy, so get one if you don't have one already.
We start the battle with a Battle Spin. It's the Big Cheep-Cheep, with 88 HP. It will bounce on you, hop in to the water to fully heal, and shoot water at you. You can use the Fishhook to get it out of the water, where it will increase in size. It will stay on land, so attack it until you defeat it. Now we can go. The Toad Captain says the giant Cheep-Cheep terrified him, so he's staying on dry land. We are now captain!
We can now go to the next three worlds: World 4, a snow area, World 5, a jungle, and World 6, a volcano. I'm going to World 4 first.

Paper Mario: Sticker Star -- 2-4 Damp Oasis
So much for being an oasis. There's a ferocious sandstorm in the area and visibility is low. Periodically, something that looks like a comet piece will blow by. If you walk into the wind, you'll find a sign that reads: "in ... hills .. Dry... ..sert sand ..... ..tween ... striped ..... .... no fear and .... .." I can deciper: "in the hills of Drybake Desert sand .... between the striped ..... have no fear and .... .." Better than nothing. Up ahead is a cyclone. We can place a sticker nearby. I'm guessing either the Fan or the Vacuum. Further to the right is a Toad braving the sandstorm, saying that the legend of the hidden oasis must be true. Ahead is a path and further still another sign, saying, ".. the ..... of ...bake De.... .... flows be..... two ...... cacti show .. .... ... jump in"
That combined with the other sign says, "in the hills of Drybake Desert sand flows between two striped cacti show no fear and jump in." Soon we run into the same Toad again. Looks like we're going in circles. Let's go to Drybake Desert and find those two cacti.
The two striped cacti are on the hill of sliding quicksand, at the top of the hill, towards the screen. Jump over the small rocks and walk down the quicksand, where you'll see them towards the right. You'll drop into a room with more Pokeys and quicksand. At the top is a chest like the one on the Yoshi Sphinx's tongue. It, too, contains a tablet piece. Take the sandpillar outside.
Use the Vacuum near the cyclone to clear it up. The Vacuum will also pick up the comet piece and let it go. Visibility returns to normal and we can move forward. Toad is over by the sign and is upset we found the oasis first. He says he deciphered the sign first, so he'll find something special first. He runs off. Nearby is the comet piece. This opens the path to 2-1. Wait, that's it? Let's check out the oasis.
There is a door drawn on one of the rocks. The Secret Door leads to the Hair Shears. In the oasis, there is a Toad panting. He said the area was an oasis until Bowser dried up the water. The door to the only building is locked. We need a large sticker in front of the large blue pot. The Faucet might help things, so we go to 1-3 to get one. Once we place it, a tidal wave of water rushes in and returns the oasis to a lush, tropical paradise. Toad floats in on a pool toy on the sparkling waters. He's very relaxed. The building's now unlocked. Inside his wardrobe is another chest. Yet another Tablet Piece. Check the blinds over the bed to go outside. On the roof is Shaved Ice. How it hasn't melted is beyond me. Look's like we're done here.
And that makes 1,000 posts.

Paper Mario: Sticker Star -- 1-5 Whammino Mountain
Before setting out, I decided to explore Surfshine Harbor some more. The warehouse on the right has its door turned sideways. Our hammer won't correct this, nor will the fan. We paperize and part of the door peels off. Peel it off and it goes into "Scraps", then put it back correctly. We can now enter the warehouse and go out the back door. Go to the right and enter the door of the other warehouse. Hop up the crates to find a 3D Vacuum. Through the hallway to the left is an HP-Up Heart, so Mario's HP is now 35. The boat in the harbor can't go anywhere as its helm is missing. We'll have to keep an eye out for it.
In this area, you may find Spinies on the battle field. The green pipe is plugged up, so we move on. In the next area, we see a Starman. We hit trees with our hammer to knock them down and make them bridges. There's something interesting in the background, but we can't reach it, even with paperization. Ahead is a Lakitu, who'll be dropping Spinies in your path. The Starman will allow us to instantly defeat enemies without going into battle and will turn them into coins. There is a Heart Block at the top of the hill.
The next area has a lot of clouds and a fence with a missing gate. Surprisingly, we can't go through. We knock down the tree so we can get the Shiny Hurlhammer attached to a cloud. In the next area, we find the comet piece, but we can't reach it from here. There's a ledge with coins and a Shiny Leaf, but it's held up by a rock that we currently can't move. Moving along, we find some Bowser tape on the ground. It unfolds a bridge to part of the area near the entrance. We hit the nearby tree and it falls, causing a chain reaction with the rock, which knocks over trees and mountains, with a Mario theme. This also moves the clouds in the previous area, and reveals that the interesting thing in the second area was the missing gate. If you want the coins, go over to the right near the brick block and hit the invisible blocks behind it to form stairs. The chain reaction also revealed a pipe, so we check it out.
The pipe leads to a deserted 2D underground tunnel that leads to the plugged pipe in the first area. There is a door drawn on the wall. The Secret Door leads to the Bellows. The plug will be removed when you exit the pipe. We pick up the White Gate and go to where the gate's supposed to go. We replace the gate and go help the poor Blue Toad stuck to the cloud. He's the clerk at the Whammino Mountain stickter shop, which is just up ahead. He's got Fire and Ice Flowers, as well as Poison Mushrooms. To the right is the comet piece. We can now access the Goomba Fortress from this route.
