We return to Decalburg to find it in the midst of attempting a Sticker Fest revival. In the blue house, the Toad is gone, but there's a headline saying a mysterious green guy was spotted in the Drybake Stadium. Theories include he was entranced by a solo from a Sombrero Guy or that he was taking an epic nap. Well, we'll just have to keep an eye out for Luigi. There's another picture in the red house about the desert. It looks like this is Mario and Luigi's house, as the journal entries mirror Mario's adventures. Let's continue!
This area is more of a forest. Now, if we hit a Goomba with our hammer, it is instantly defeated and turns into a coin. Once we move past the trees, things get very quiet. There's a Snifit wandering around. The next area has some quiet music and someone's snoring. There's a giant Wiggler ahead, fast asleep. Looks like we'll need something loud to wake him up. We can put a Thing sticker near him. My guess is the Jackhammer, but that isn't it. The Trumpet's sticker is too small.
I got back to the Goomba Fortress to get another Trumpet anyway and see Luigi. We peel him off and he runs away again. What's he up to? Back in Decalburg, there's a new story about him being at Goomba Fortress. Goomba eyewitnesses reported that he looked very weak and cowardly.
I go back to Leaflitter Path and use the Trumpet and it works. Even after we wake him up, Wiggler is cheerful and enthusiastic, saying something great's going to happen today. Kersti asks why Wiggler was sleeping outside instead of his home. Wiggler says he ate too many leaves and got sleepy. He says the forest has been covered in icky, goopy poison, so the leaves he normally eats were no longer edible. He found clean leaves at the entrance to the forest. We're going to help out, as this is likely the work of Bowser. Wiggler will take us to his house so we can talk. It is once again quiet.
In the next area, we find Wiggler. Something moves over his head and out of sight. It then gets dark. Wiggler's happy to see us because he's always alone. The darkness is caused by the poison so we should watch our step. The thing that moved out of sight returns and takes Wiggler away. There are patches of poison everywhere, so don't fall in. There are also Ninji in the area. They're pretty good at dodging attacks and sometimes drop Throwing Star stickers.
In the next area is a large pool of poison. Wait for a log floating in the poison to spin around so you can reach it. Transfer to another log and it will take you to the other side. There's a door drawn on the tree in the back. The Secret Door leads to the Searchlight. Also in this area are Paint Guys. They'll splash paint on the screen if you don't repeatedly push them away. Hop across the spinning log to reach the other side. In the next area, there are Boomerang Bros in the background. On the othe side of the first poison pool, there is a Heart Block and a Save Block. Once we reach the other side of the poison, the Boomerang Bros appear. They're both going to battle us. They each have 24 HP. The boomerangs they throw will hit you twice, so guard twice. They'll drop two Boomerang stickers. Just ahead is the comet piece.
Return once the poison clears to find an HP-Up Heart in front of the comet piece.

New Super Mario Bros. 2: 3-1
This is a beach world. There are lots of Cheep-Cheep jumping out of the water in this level. Activating the Gold Rings will make them trail coins. The coins will drop away if you stomp the Cheep-Cheep before you collect them. Bounce off the Cheep-Cheep to get the first Star Coin. The ? Switch makes coins come out of the overhead green pipes. There is a ferris wheel platform later on in the level. Wall jump off it and the pipe with a Piranha Plant for the second Star Coin. Soon, you'll come across some barrels floating in the water. Stand on the second barrel and let it drop down so you can get the third Star Coin. Take the first green pipe near the random coin block down. Coins will appear from the yellow pipe here. There is also a Gold Ring here. Take the pipe back up to the flag.

New Super Mario Bros.: 3-1
World 3 is a beach level, so we'll have to deal with a lot of water. This is an underwater level. There are a lot of Cheep-Cheep in this level, including large ones and blue ones that home in on you. There is also a Red Coin Ring. Past the midpoint is a set of three pipes: red, green, and green. The outer two have currents and the middle one leads to the outside with the first Star Coin. Back in the main level, coins will start appearing in bubbles. The second Star Coin is between the yellow and green pipes with currents. Towards the end, there will be a P-Switch that will turn bricks into coins. Go left and through the new coins to get the third Star Coin. There's another set of Red Coins before the pipe to the flagpole.

Super Mario 3D Land: 3-1
World 3 seems like a beach/ water world. 3-1 is more like a desert level, with Egyptian-themed music. We collect Super Mario 2 musical notes for a Tanooki Suit, passing Pokeys and enemies that look like small Squizzards. We walk around the right side of the tower and find a brick block to the second Star Coin. We hop into the cannon on the left side and aim for the 1-up, which is a cutout. An invisible block in the back has a real 1-up. We aim for the ring, pass a walking Thwomp, and go in the door. We pass the two Thwomps and use an orange Mystery Box to warp to the midpoint. Outside, we climb stairs that move in and out of the walls to another door. We miss a Red Coin on the way. Inside we see more walking Thwomps. At the end, we wall jump from the top of the Thwomp for the third Star Coin. We leave through the door and reach the flagpole.
We get a message: "Tap the world tabs on the Touch Screen to go back to the worlds you've visited before.
Take 2- We aim the cannon at the wall above the Star Coin on the moving yellow platform outside the tower to get it. We get a Tanooki Suit from the Red Coins. We get a 1-up at the goal.

New Super Mario Bros. Wii 3-1 QSC
I got the 2nd Star Coin by freezing the Piranha Plant past the midgate. I saved myself with a wall jump. Using the Penguin Suit, I broke the blocks in front of the green pipe past the green pipe to the next part of the level. I froze a penguin and rode the ice block and jumped to get the 3rd Star Coin.

New Super Mario Bros. Wii: 3-1 Replay -- Seeing Improvement
I start the level powered up as Fire Mario. I use fireballs to kill off some penguins, but lose the Fire Flower to another penguin. I get the Penguin suit, but lose it to a Piranha Plant. With the Penguin Suit, you can't pick up anything because your hands are in flippers, and the just-in-time instructions for picking up stuff are missing. I get another Penguin Suit and the 1st Star Coin. I lost and got another Penguin suit to a penguin, and fall into the void. Take 2- I get a Super Shroom and saved myselft with wall jumps. I got a 100-coin 1-up and reach the goal.

New Super Mario Bros. Wii: 3-1 -- Penguin Skeleton
I lose my Super Shroom to a creature that looks like a penguin, so that's what I'll call them. Before I was hit, I hit a block to reveal the Penguin Suit! This suit allows the player to slide on their stomach over the ice and slopes. I got the first Star Coin, but while sliding, I ran into a Piranha Plant, but ended up surprisingly unharmed. Maybe it's due to the beak on the suit. However, I lost the suit to a Koopa. I reached the midgate and lose the Super Shroom to another Koopa. I got another Super Shroom after the pipe, and lose it to a penguin. I saved myself several times from the void with wall jumps, but accidently pounded the ground into the void.
Take 2- I got the Penguin Suit (This was done a week after Take 1). After I froze a Piranha Plant, coins appeared over the pipe. I got the 1st Star Coin and reached the midgate. After the pipe, there is an area great for sliding, but while sliding, I missed land and fell into the void.
Take 3- I saw, but did not get the 2nd Star Coin floating above a horizontal pipe. It probably contains a secret if you can freeze its Piranha Plant to enter the pipe. I found another pipe blocked by blocks that also may contain a secret. I got a Super Shroom and a 100-coin 1-up. I saved myself with a wall jump, lost my Super Shroom to a penguin. I needed to build up speed to clear a gap and save myself, did so, and reached the flag post.
If you're wondering about the title, Skeleton is a Winter Olympic sport similar Luge. Whereas Luge involves sliding on your back, feet-first, Skeleton involves sliding on your stomach, face-first. With the Penguin Suit, you slide on your stomach, face-first, like Skeleton, instead of sitting down without it.
