This Star is pretty easy to get. To the right of where you land, there is a very long curving ramp. We walk up it to reach a level made of stone. Nearby is a movable box. We push it so we can backflip onto a brick platform to reach a higher level. There is a purple enemy that will throw you around if you get too close. Floating above the level is a plank bridge that goes near the center of the course. There is an Amp buzzing around, so be careful. Past the bridge are a circular platform then a spinning, circular platform, followed by a higher floating platform. It has an item block with the Star.

We walk up the ramp and backflip onto the stone platform near the box. We reach the higher level and walk across the plank bridge. We pass the two floating, circular platforms, one of which is spinning. On the high platform after the circular platforms is the Star, not in an item block.
