I heard a Star near the rotating platforms in the cutscenes. I took a hit from a Bullet Bill and got a 1-up from the die. I hit a purple enemy and another Bullet Bill and made it into the cannon. I saw the Star above the bull's eye, aimed for it and got it. This is a Type 1, Type 2 Star.
