We land on a green Starshroom near a spherical water planet. Eerie music plays. We launch to the water planet. Kingfin appears, a giant fish skeleton. We have to grab shells and throw them into him. Hitting him in the head works best. After the first hit, he makes smaller homing sharks, and makes more after each hat. At some point, he'll run into a rock pillar, revealing a Life Shroom. It takes about four hits, depending on where you hit him. We can also use Red Shells to hone in on him. After the last hit, he falls apart and explodes. The Star appears over a vent, so be careful in getting it (the steam will burn you).

We land on the Starshroom and launch to the water planet. Kingfin appears and it takes us five hits to defeat him. We get the Star over the vent.
